An item in the Charleston Gazette Readers Voice from last week points out the failure of the Charleston PD to rid the west side of the same 4 or 5 hookers who've been working there for the past 10 years or so.

The way I see it, if those girls have been steadily employed in the same business location for more than a decade, west side prostitution has to be the most stable job opportunity in the Capitol City.
